The Founder

My name is Samir. I bought my first property at 24. Over the last decade, I’ve built rental income across three continents — and in Dubai, I now own and manage several units, all fully rented. But the process wasn't smooth. Agents didn’t know the numbers. Spreadsheets didn’t match reality. Data was hard to trust. That’s why I built Makan Data — a no-nonsense tool to help investors like you win with data, not guesswork.
